But music is very prominent in both TV and film so that's not a great comparison. It's also more rare for a musician to win an Emmy/Oscar/Tony than a grammy, nobody really takes the grammys seriously anymore compared to the other 3.

I always do this at parties. I always try and monitor what's being played, if the type of music is Top 40, but I only put on either California GODS or Roar so that people don't think I'm trying to shove her music down everyone's throats.
