She is acting though This isn't a true story, those are lines from a script that she's saying. She's just playing herself. It's like Meredith Viera playing herself on the Today Show in Get Him to The Greek.
I kind of hated this episode. Evan's whole character and backstory was . Matt and Shelby were just chased around all episode and simply escaped at the end, nothing more nothing less. The only saving grace was Frances and her cannibal family (so I guess What's Cooking was the right promo from the first 6?)
Like, I'm just a lil alarmed that this season is only 10 episodes, and even then, the episodes aren't fully used.
Episode 2 was such an atrocity, though. Good lord.

The lines where she was just repeating history were semi-convincing because a historian would probably write down what to say ahead of time anyway (in coordination with the doc makers) but when the interviewer asked her a question and she had to actually respond naturally the illusion was shattered

K this ep was the first one that felt like classic AHS.
Great acting (other than whatever the **** that historian was) all around. Sarah and Kathy are carrying this season.
Frances' character was amazing but Evan's just seemed like an excuse to shove him in the season. I loved all the effects + Kathy on fire was amazing
When Sarah's ankle got knived I died
I was glued to the damn screen as well. I was shooked from the beginning to the end. This has to be the best episode of the season. There was so many scary moments that made me scared, and I love the way Angela came back into the story line by saving everyone to only go to a hotel. The next episodes should be a mess, and I am ready for them.
Frances slayed the hell out of her character. I hope we get to see more of her.
