First of all, I REALLY want "Water Under the Bridge" before "Send My Love" as far as singles go. If she does release "Send My Love" first (or at all), I agree that the live version is WAY better. I think she should put out a studio version that follows the live version more; it would sound better. It could be like what Taylor did with "Wildest Dreams," where the production was slightly altered in the video/single version, but not enough to change the song or call it a remix. Adele should do that, but the album version would work better for pop radio, I think. But yeah, this "when it's a video" crap is just insulting to "When We Were Young."

She probably thought we considered the video live from the Church Studios the official video all along....
Anyways... Someone said that at one of her shows (it might have been the same one where she made the ten year hiatus joke) that when the tour finishes, she wants to start writing new songs. I REALLY hope that's true. That being said, I'm curious to know what the inspiration for her next album will be....
