I spoke to quick for a Block B scandal:

Dear Seven Seasons,
We feel that before the next broadcast of 5 Minutes Before Chaos, we must inform you of an important issue taking place with international BBC.
On the first episode, Taeil names Zico’s talent as “acting black”, which Zico then demonstrates. It is clear that it is supposed to be a joke, and was probably a very funny joke for the Korean audience.
However, for the international audience, it was hurtful.
Block B has a large amount of Black fans due to their hip-hop style, and this joke was extremely painful for them. To them, it sounded like Zico was trying to say that all Black people are as he imitated, which is clearly not true.
A few years ago Stardom Entertainment received a letter from a fan explaining why the word “n*gga” was bad. In general, these “acting like black people” jokes follow that same vein. African Americans in the United States have gone through years of violence and mistreatment in order to obtain their civil rights to be considered as normal citizens. So, jokes that make fun of black people or stereotypes about black people are extremely hurtful because it reminds them of how they once were cruelly treated just because of their skin color.
International BBC care very much for Block B and want them to be successful, but it’s hard to do when Block B makes fun of their races.
In the future, we humbly ask that Block B avoid making these types of jokes. Block B are funny just being themselves, they don’t need to go that far to try to be entertaining.
International BBC would appreciate an apology, but we don’t want Block B to face negative attention from the Korean media for a situation like this. Please, we just ask that Block B be careful and avoid jokes like these that make fun of ethnic groups. They’re not funny, and they’re more likely to bring harm than good.
Thank you for your attention,
Block B INTL

Not them literally sending a letter to STARDOM when P.O's mixtape leaked (it contained a song called N*gga).

Hello, this is Seven Seasons.
First, we apologize for sending a late reply.
Thank you for your comment. The related remark on hand was never meant to have any disparaging intention, but we will pay heed that it could give pain to someone. We all, Seven Seasons and Block B, will work hard so that this kind of thing does not happen again.
Thank you for cherishing and loving Block B.
We hope that you will pay even more attention to them.
Thank you.
