You are not allowed to report 8 hours after you submit your first report. I got a WP because I opened 20 cards of report formulars and then submitted them all at once

No honey, if they check your report and deny/give a WP you are allowed to report again even if it hasn't been 8 hours. I've been able to report people, watch them get a WP 5 minutes later, and then report the next person in a thread.

I know it is possible..I was doing it often I am saying it is not allowed and u can get a WP for excessive reporting like I did.
