well i tihnk Jeffree put her out there. wasn't it the first album she was featured on? (sorry i dont remember all of her backstory)
i remember first when i heard beauty killer; it was the first time i ever heard about nicki.. and i basically fell in love. And she didnt get her record deal after woohoo, she got it before. so i'd say Woohoo just pushed her more towards fame. but not helping her get a records deal
