My perfect RR era:
1st Dual Singles: Starships/Beez In the Trap OR Hov Lane
2nd Dual Singles: Va Va Voom/Right By My Side
3rd Dual Singles: Marylin Monroe/Champion
4th Dual Singles: Whip It/High School
Of course this fantasy takes place in one where dual singles actually WORK. Bey and Nicki have shown that they don't, and both should stop trying.
However, I do think Nicki has realized how messy her singles choices were. When she released High School, she promoted it like a single should. Unfortunately, the lack of AI promo kept it from climbing higher on the charts, which is a shame because it really could have smashed. The BBMA performance alone made it jump over 80 spots on iTunes.
She deserves to finally have a smash urban single. M4L was too long ago.
