No one has confirmed any of that about "Water Under the Bridge." That being said, it's picking up on Sirius radio a lot. One of the pop stations has played it twice while I was in the car in the last 24 hours. I'm hoping regular radio doesn't screw up this song like they did "When We Were Young."
