Good points but it wouldn't have solve the problem. Once she did that then urban common folk still wouldn't have embraced her.
When you are as polarizing as Nicki is...there's a time where people tear you down to see if you are strong enough to endure. That's why she said she has big ballz because after dem ballerina girls put her on the map with superbass she had VVV ready to go with a safe era instead she went the other route and caused all this controversy and backlash and confusion which had the urban common folk salivating.
nicki got too much success too soon (WW acclaim, awards, Superbowl with madonna, breaking records). Urban folk don't like when a WOMEN who played coy turned out to be smarter than the average and is too successful too soon for them and she gave them a present wrapped in a bow as far as an opportunity to bring her down.
Regardless, she endured and will reap the benefits of her strength and smarts.
