London is gmt +1 right now because of summer daylight saving time. The rest of europe is gmt +2. (some countries are even gmt +3 and +4)

You're right. For me London is always the GMT time. That way it is easier for me to make the calculations.
I'll be in my village during VMA's and we only have MTV Europe there and no internet. I'll be watching the repeat.

Yeah i only have mtv arabia here and they only show the repeat. Although im travelling to KSA today and i hope they have fast internet connection there
