I think anything relatively upbeat by Marina and not
obviously experimental/different post-EH will be labelled as generic. Even "Froot" was called generic by some.
I definitely don't think "Blue" is generic, but it does feel familiar. I think it's great, though.

It's so light and fluffy, and my favourite part of the production is actually the harp in the chorus (it's more noticeable in the second chorus). I didn't notice it on the first few listens but it swirls around and creates a pretty dreamy atmosphere, and compliments the synths and guitar so nicely.
