You shouldn't feel bad if you have it preordered or intend to buy it. I have it preordered on iTunes, bought the vinyl boxset and bought tickets to one of her shows in May, so I've already spent close to $200 on her this era, so I definitely don't feel bad about listening to the album before it's supposed to come out.

I just hope she was thinking of the leakers when she said cheap people, not the people who listened

But like yeah I already preordered before listening and I'm also buying tickets for the world tour, which means a hundred bucks for sure if you add all the expenses since it's gonna be in a different town, so like idk.

And tbh the froot of the month thing was kinda not needed. She should've promoted Blue and kept the other ones. Everytime I'm done listening to the album I'm like is that it?

I listened because I was always gonna get this album anyway, even if I hated it.

I was a bit disappointing at first but this album grows on me every time I listen.

So apparently they cancelled my signed copy because they didn't receive an authorisation code or something. That doesn't make sense at all sooooo I get my copy cancelled and the album is very medicore, great era for me so far.

Solitaire is up there with Teen Idle as the two best tracks she has ever done, it is such a masterpiece and I cannot understand why no one likes it very much!

That is true - and they did start out together. Like when Marina should have beaten Ellie in Critics Choice, Ellie tweeted me back when I told her she was rubbish and should have lost to Marina. She thought it was funny, okay just because u know it's true. (Even though I don't think she's rubbish, just Marina should have won)

Reading through the lyrics again now, it could potentially be her I guess

I think anything relatively upbeat by Marina and not obviously experimental/different post-EH will be labelled as generic. Even "Froot" was called generic by some.

I definitely don't think "Blue" is generic, but it does feel familiar. I think it's great, though. It's so light and fluffy, and my favourite part of the production is actually the harp in the chorus (it's more noticeable in the second chorus). I didn't notice it on the first few listens but it swirls around and creates a pretty dreamy atmosphere, and compliments the synths and guitar so nicely.

I want to like it, I really do. Ive listened multiple times, I just think the lyrics are so bad and her voice is annoying and monotone in every song. Not trying to shade, I really liked the first two albums, but I can't stand this one. Froot is especially awful, like, how can anyone say that is a good song?

Well, anyway, I'm glad her fans are happy with it
