Those commercials tonight for the next episode of Law & Order SVU about a competition show judge involved in a sex scandal made me think of Cee-Lo. To be honest, I wouldn't mind an alternative really soft (vocally-wise) record. I am quite sure it would be great, really great. I have had enough of EDM.

That's probably her best option for a new album. A very soft, organic record with a few songs that build up to huge vocal climaxes and a few uptempo songs to even everything out.

Linda would have have been a perfect fit for a rock/soul/AC album (and it kind of seems like that will be next), so it's a bit surprising, she won't be on the next album. But then again, Linda's contributions have been getting smaller and smaller each album, so I guess it was inevitable.

But I'm glad these side projects like WR and SS are helping her penetrate HAC a bit. She really needs a backup format on radio besides Pop before the next album. I thought she would try Rhythmic since she used to be a powerhouse there, but HAC will suffice.
