My only concern is her personality in the show. I have no doubts she can mentor someone - she is the living example of the X factor - but she would need to "sparkle more" when she's in the judging panel. If she can pull that off, she's perfect for the show but I believe she can do it. Maybe not in the beginning completely, but as the show progresses.

I agree completely. She needs to get that missing spark back in her personality, especially during the live shows.
Let's just hope they updated her hard drive with the latest Britware.

I think she can handle it....she's in a much better place right now, and though the media can be tough on her - I think it's refreshing for Britney that she has more people ROOTING for her, than rooting against her. I think all the public support plus being able to flex her creativity will be good for her.
