I just spent like half an hour reading all this drama.
I really don't think anyone who stays loyal is a sheep per se, although most of the times in any teamwork there's usually someone who gets in charge of organizing a team and proposing to the team probable ways to go on a challenge/situation, in this case apparently, Nicole and Lippy.
That doesn't make the rest of the players sheep though.
