She's not filming anything though? It's probably a public practice/training centre. I think in America all you need is a gun license to be able to do that. Not sure about Bulgaria.
@SEismicity, no, we mean Priscilla could've gone to the concert today and left for Bulgaria tomorrow. I mean, why the hurry? Especially since she seems to have REALLY wanted to go. Selena is supposed to be there for a couple of more weeks. It's just weird. And then the grandmother tlaking about Selena needing family..

oooh. Maybe movie scheduling or something? Selena does start shooting all the explosions and intense scenes soon so it's possible this was the only window that was open? And she's making it seem like she had no choice but to skip the Drake concert in order to get a chance to go so that'd be a good explanation as to you why she's so pissy about visiting her 'heart broken' cousin
