i just wanna say

i have called out this website many times for what i've felt is unfair treatment

but then i get flashbacks to another website i used to be on, that supposedly only permanently bans people after warning them several times, that permanently banned me point blank without any previous warning because i called them out once

yall have been so kind, the most i get when i call u out and call u a "webshite" is a WP

yall can give me all the 502 errors u want or whatever

Yes. It's not always warned though, depends on how annoying the title is and how slow the server is.

I'm pretty sure the only thing that warrants immediate permanent banning, without exception or subjectivity, is spam - promotion of another site or service with clear malicious intent to draw from ATRL traffic.

Everything else is up to moderator discretion. We've permanently banned people for excessive explicit content, repeated racist comments, certain levels of personal attacks or making a ton of abusive threads at once... it's not a light decision to make so we make it on a case-by-case basis.
