I'm assuming she's probably got no other choice and she sees Stanley as a father figure or something. She's probably got nowhere to go and no other life to live.

I hope they make us think that Maggie is really good and Stanley is just forcing her to do stuff, but then she turns around and actually kills Jimmy and a few others and is revealed as a crazier bitch than Stanley.
