The funny thing, for me, is that I sent out a message to ALL the past contestants... who ALL thought they had what it takes to be a Top Member, but only 11 of them (out of 27, because Deuces. and Mitchie are excluded) voted... ;] For the people who did get votes in, I'm glad I could count on you, and that you felt it important enough that you got a say in who won this round. For those of you who didn't vote...  That's why you're NOT the Top Member this time.

The final challenge has come to a close, the winner of this challenge will receive the last Top Callout, but the winner of the entire competition will be announced on TUESDAY. Before we get to this round's results, let's take a look at how our finalists have fared throughout the competition. Though he is a very busy man (raising several ginger-haired children in his small, one-bedroom apartment), Matty has put together his LEGENDARY CALLOUT CHARTS to track everyone's performance throughout the competition!

Matty: Your thread seems like a combination of multiple threads that have been in the Lounge in the past and currently. With that said it can be seen as good and bad, good in the sense that it’s an opportunity to have longevity, bad in the sense it doesn’t scream different. Also in your explanation for the thread, you said you would update the question every two or three days… tonight at 7:47 PM US Central Time it will be five days. If you want to keep that thread's longevity keep updating it, don’t neglect it.
ExtraChapstick: While I do feel you could have brought a lot more originality to your thread idea. I do feel it may have been a little more accessible and relevant to ATRL members than Deuces.' thread. However, I ultimately don't feel either of you brought it as strongly as you could have, so where the threads are concerned, I'm going to call it a TIE. However, the other part of this challenge was to make sure your profile was filled out and presented in an appealing manner. Your profile was very informative and gave a pretty good introduction to what kind of member you'd like to be.

Matty: Unlike Mitchie’s thread yours seems to be original. I keep having this feeling it’s been done before, but it might have been about classes not extracurricular. It’s a good thread to see what ATRLers do outside of this place to hopefully, maybe, find different people who share a common interest. Your only downfall which was Mitchie’s gain is that this is a one thing thread. People will answer the question and then move on. A thread with a similar topic that you had but made to have longevity would have been stronger.
ExtraChapstick: While I did say I felt Mitchie's thread was more accessible to ATRL members as a whole, yours went more outside the box to figure out what else ATRL members do apart from argue about music all the time. I still think there could have been a lot more effort on both yours and Mitchie's parts, so the threads were a TIE. Also, while I found certain parts of your profile informative, I was expecting to see some of your personality shine through in your About Me section. However, you merely filled that spot with a simple "message me and I'll tell you." People don't always respond to those kinds of prompts, so I feel you could have taken better advantage of the space. However, I do feel we got a good idea of your musical tastes, so ultimately your profile was still generally effective. You've definitely made it to the Top 2 for a reason.
