That makes Beyonce sound desperate. She only callaborates with ppl who are worthy. So no she will never colloborate with Katy Perry (I like Katy). If this was the case she would've callaborated with Rihanna in 2007 instead of Usher who at that time was fading. Her list only include the greats. ( I will exclude Amil)
