K-pop has taught me so much in terms of language and social constructs.
I still don't really know much korean but I can somewhat verbalise hangul (even though I don't know what it means) and I'm proud of myself for getting this far.

Never thought about it in depth until just now but k-pop really helped me do whatever I want and not really care about the thoughts of people around me. I used to be so scared of what people thought about me but k-pop encouraged me to be a bit more bold with my look, which in turn helped me with my confidence. Thanks k-pop.

Kpop is definitely a great way to introduce yourself into learning Korean language. I have a friend who learned from watching some Korean soap opera's 24/7. Hopefully I get there one day.

It's not an easy language to learn at all from what I've heard.

Learning hangul is quite easy. Its possible to learn the Korean alphabet in a day, at least it was for me. Listening to k-pop only helped me with pronounciation and word placement, I had to take a language class in order to fully form sentences.

I agree with JungleDisturbia too, it helped me express myself much more easily and made me a much more open person with my thoughts and style

I Love You was actually at #6 on GaOn's 2012 yearly chart but yeah, SISTAR have beaten 2ne1 for the last 2 years. I'm guessing Come Back Home will chart at ~#5 for the year-end charts this year, so we'll see if Starship is going to try to top them for the 3rd year in a row
