I find the combination incredibly powerful. Why is he using such a haunting and famously serious backdrop for a song about encountering and reflecting upon a girl he knocked up? Is he purposefully trivializing lynchings and using it as a metaphor for how much dealing with the knocked up girl sucks, or is he juxtaposing the triviality of his situation with the racial issues that pulse throughout the album? You say that the lyrical content of New Slaves would've been "better suited" for the song. Well, so would the lyrics from Black Skinhead. Why then did he choose a song that on the surface has nothing to do with the theme of the album or the sampled backdrop? The statement of the song is the juxtaposition.
