Vato was involved in some kind of bet, but he lost so he had to change his username for a he-did-not-like one which was meant to hurt one of the most important celebrities of this country known as ATRL, A.K.A. Lady Gaga. At the moment of changing his username he broke some of the most important and strict laws of this nation, so he was exiled; it's important to note that this act cleared the fact that the rulers of ATRL aren't biased, as they didn't care that the accused was one of the Mayors.
After some time, Vato was forgiven and the Creators allowed him to come back but without his powers. Now Vato is back, with his former name but he is just a normal civilian like the rest of us.
When I was telling you Vato was not fit to be a mod. Now we can drag her like she deserves to be.
