Yeah, I know where you got it from, but it still looks fake / fan-made to me. The Kesha logo isn't even in glitter., that photo wasn't part of the Animal photo shoots (many people use it for fan-made covers), that font wasn't used on any other Animal-era cover, and as I've already said, they spelled 3OH!3 wrong.
If it is official (because for some reason they wouldn't use the throwing up glitter cover in Germany or something) it's really bad.
