How does a 21 year old plan this?

Well, "demolished" would imply destruction over short term like one scandal/flop...so no, I don't think her empire can be completely
demolished. Could it fade to memory? Sure. Is that likely? Not really.
I think people underestimate how powerful she is and how successful she has been. It's not been a Miley-esque sensation, or even a Bieber-esque phenomenon. She isn't a shallow success - the roots of her influence, impact and success run deep considering she was a nobody 5 years ago. That kind of career isn't going to be undone by an under-performing era.
I personally think her empire is only going to grow because even if we go extreme and say she'll never be a top tier pop girl again - she's so driven, talented and ambitious that she's hardly going to retreat into being a nobody. I bet she'll start her own label, write and produce for others, talent scout and get properly involved in fashion, whilst investing her fortune in tech innovation.

For sure. People are looking at it as if it's designed to be a smash record, when really it's likely intended to counteract critical doubt and introduce a different side to her to demographics who would never buy a Gaga (or any pop girl) album.
Hopefully they'll continue with smart collaborations. Getting the urban demographic to buy into her (if only for a few singles) would be great, and I think she'd benefit getting the older gays on board via theatre involvement too. Doing Gypsy with Babs would be smart to dip her toes into that world.
