It's actually ridiculous that Hotline Bling is T10 right now. Literally no push going on for that song at all.

I think a lot of people are streaming the Drake remix on YouTube, which could explain why MW is "lower" on Spotify.

Since Alexanderao did his weekly totals for Spotify through yesterday, I used his data with the same 23 songs and shifted everything back one day, taking away 14 August and adding 07 August, to reflect Billboard's tracking week. At this point, I would assume dividing these numbers by 0.75 (maybe less) would give the approximate weekly On-Demand Streaming Totals for songs, as Spotify's market share continues to shrink.

I'm not completely sure, but probably not. I did this with Again prior to the song's official release, and I noticed that Fetty's name was grayed out, meaning that I could not go to his artist page the way I normally would:
This leads me to think that if you're listening to a song as a local file, there's no way for Spotify to track that, and thus it wouldn't count towards a song's play count.
That's just my best guess.

I just feel they only count when you're online streaming the song. But there's a possibility the plays are refreshed once you got online after listening the songs downloaded from Spotify on your phone
