Exactly and this "record postponed" thing it doesn't have to be Rih's nor are they RocNation or Rihanna herself so I'll take all of this with a grain of salt until we have some official word.
Live Nation leaked a date and that's the most reliable source we can have (besides Rihanna) when it comes to tours.
I'm guessing the album was originally planned to be released in March or April since the tour was supposed to start in June. Now R8 will probably drop in May/June since the first official tour date is in September.
