Donatella was never really a great looking person, even before surgery. I think the surgery made her look even worse, that picture from 1978 is actually quite better from what she used to look like. I guess as she got older, she got more surgery and it just still doesn't look all that great. But that picture, I love how her and Gaga's jawlines are quite flawless.
