I'm That Chick deserved to be her 19th #1, it's the best song on E=MC2. I think Bye Bye would've performed better if it had been released at the end of summer/early Fall.
In any case I think that E=MC² would have done better overall if they had followed up TMB with a fun, rather uptempo single, ITC, Migrate, even ISIL. The heartfelt midtempo ballad as second single was too formulaic and it did not fit with the news of Mariahs wedding.

In fact, e=Mc2 isn't the true title debut In the project album but the original title is "I'm that chick" (source: archives 2008 Mariah daily) I find that better like EinsteinRiah (more a bit of disco inspired In her discography is very good for her!)

the good sis is ridiculous, her last non embarassing album title really was Butterfly (E=MC2 was fine too I guess) I need the next one to be something tame and relatable
