Bey has 3 and all of them have sold more than 6 million worldwide.

Ri= 5 albums, 9 singles that peaked at number 1, 2 of them where she sings the chorus on someones song
Bey= 3 albums, 5 singles that peaked at number one and in total they spent more weeks at number one than rihanna's 9

and correct me if I'm wrong, but some of Bey's non #1 singles sold more than Rihannas #1's.
