It's most likely fake because it says that if you pre-order the album now, you will instantly receive "Man Hunt". Well, what about the thousands of people that already pre-ordered it? Nobody has the song.

honey, when you preorder it on itunes or the def jam store...and you can't preorder it yet on itunes! how would the others get the song?

But it doesn't specify where you're supposed to pre-order it at. I'm assuming that it's referring to Amazon. And no, if you pre-order something that comes with a free download on Amazon, it will download instantly via the Amazon music downloader.
