I think 12 million YT streams came from the US. Miley's not local, but the US seems like the country that was the most opinionated on the video. I hope it was enough to squeeze her in the top ten this week. And if she doesn't get it this week, I'm sure she'll get it next week since she's been #2-3 on iTunes since Sunday with her YT streams only decreasing slightly and her radio+streams on Spotify increasing.
