I couldn't see a girl being sold into prostitution with Bad Romance or a commentary of American consumerism with Telephone or a Nazi vampire Queen with Alejandro. Though I feel that storyline would fit better with a song that's a bit faster.
Wait, so she did tweet about the mermaid coming after the video, so maybe that means she IS saving that storyline for another video. She knew we all knew about the storyline and so she said that it is going to come. After all, she did come up with it. It would kind of fit You and I 'cause the story of the video is about her being plucked from the ocean and made into a real girl so she can fall in love with a real boy.
