That makes me feel old.

I was watching bits of Britney Spears' Onyx Hotel Tour earlier (NOT a tour I wish I could go back and get tickets to), and it reminded me of how heavily Janet's influence as a performer weigh(s)(ed) on Britney. There were so many little tics and moves and group moments that tingled my Janet senses.

Aw, Onyx Hotel was cute! Only big problem was that they literally used the CD for her 'live' show. I guess they still do that now, but at least her songs are often mixed differently now. Thankful that Janet left the CD recordings for her TOTP performances and nothing else.

I actually hated the chain look for a few years too but it definitely grew on me. It doesn't hold a candle to the Dorothy Dandridge 24P look though.

Oh I think TVR gets its dues around here. People frequently throw it into discussions of the best pop girl albums. There are only a handful of big detractors and a couple of them are probably in this base.
