During UMS and LG eras she was... unique. After TBDT she looked like everyone else. I still like her, she is fun, has good vocals, bop songs, but more than that i like her because of what she was, not what she is. I dont want to start the whole conversation about "Avril Lavigne has changed" cause it sucks. I was waiting some change after Goodbye Lullaby... she was on the way, but now I see that she is completely lost.
I wont stop supporting her, I'm a fan. I'll get hyped for everything, but the Avril of nowadays is just a shadow of what she used to be.

I somewhat agree, I can't really say for sure because I wasn't paying much attention to her career (or music in general) during the TBDT era and just a little during GL. I think the problem is that she doesn't know where to go as an artist, I feel like she's stuck and overwhelmed with all these people, especially Chad, that have been working with her. She can't promote properly, can't perform, she doesn't know what's the current top 40 sounds and because of that she's kinda lost. Not to mention her star power is almost non-existing nowadays because she didn't play her cards right, unfortunately. She needs a major re-invention to find success and interest again.
Despite all that, I still think her album will be amazing, she always delivers album-wise.
