it will be more difficult this time to all the tracks to debut on hot 100 because of that streaming rule
i think it will be harder for them to debut high on the chart .. they would fill up the lower quarter though!! anything above #100, and i. m. satisfied!!

Yes because of the clear channel deal she received a heavy amount of airplay from stations that are monitored by both billboard and mediabase causeing less of a difference between the two in airplay so while most songs have their airplay on billboard be 60% of the airplay on mediabase but in Taylor's case she has 80% of her mediabase airplay involved in her billboard airplay which would allow her to jump over other people who are higher on mediabase. Next week she should be back to a normal ratio between billboard and mediabase.
