30M is a solid amount of cash for 45 dates.

She made $58M (probably less actually since some of that $58M is from business ventures, merchandise, and other things Britney gets $ for aside from touring) in 2011-2012 for the FFT with 79 dates. This is FAR more lucrative for her!

Divide 30M by 45 and you get $666,666 (This is an interesting coincidence. Satan, sis, is this our punishment for trashing the FF era?). She's getting over 600K dollars PER SHOW. And each show is like 2 hours. That's a lot of $ for 2 measly hours of performing.

Quite frankly, 100M is far too much money and many of her fans over exaggerate Britney's selling power. Maybe they'll give her a raise if they see the shows are selling well and she's bringing them considerable profit. But this is a risky deal because she is THE first act to do this at a young age when still scoring hit singles and having media relevance. It's something that they can't invest TOO much money into because who knows which way this'll go.

I think Britney will be happier this way.

It's not a matter of what she will make per show so that breakdown was not necessary. As wasn't the numbers she made for her last tour. My thing is if she is going to do the Vegas tour I don't want her just doing 45 dates making 30M. If this is going to take the place of a tour then I would at least want her to do 3/4 dates...45 dates just seem so empty. I hope that they add more dates are something. I'd like a Thursday, Friday, Saturday combination but we shall see how this fares.
The media is not going to care about the breakdown...they are going to see 30M and see the steep drop from 100M rumored salary and it's going to be a PR nightmare to drop 70%.

Caesar's Group has more shows going on at the moment then they have ever had, not to mention Celine is in talks to extend for ANOTHER 3 YEARS (), Britney and her people want it started this year, and she is being squeezed in between shows already running and booked, that is why they offered 30 something shows and then her people countered with 45.

They aren't going to pay her $100 Million for 40 dates, plain and simple. It's not like she doesn't have the option for more. First you all were complaining TOO LONG, with more money, and now it's TOO SHORT, with less money. You bitches care about the money more, than the team you brand as money hungry

Yeah, fair enough. The caesar schedule is not new news though. Well, I wouldn't expect 40 dates and a $100M. More so 75-85 dates which is what I actually hoped for. I was on board for her doing the Vegas shows so I'll assume you guys means refers to the ones that were against it.

Some people care about the PR...people are aware of the 100M rumor no matter what the truth is going from 100M to 30M is not going to be a good PR move...but she has the rest of the year hopefully to convince fairweathers to join fans on this journey.
