But if I search on twitter with this : "from:taylorswift13 until:2008-12-31" (which means search for tweets sent from tarylorswift13 before Dec 31, 2008), the first one I got is this:

I checked and found that her account was created on Dec 6, 2008, and Justin's account was created on Mar 28, 2009(his first tweet was in May 2009). I got it from twitter 's api console:
So that search result is earlier than both account's creating time. Can anyone explain?
