Born This Way was released in 2011 so that means it's the best album of the decade from 2011-2020, so The Fame Monster still remains the album of the decade 2001-2010 and her best one. By telling that Born This Way is going to be the album of the decade she didn't mean it's her best yet because The Fame Monster is in another decade.
