The economy is going to go through a very uncertain time, not just the British economy but the whole World. Switzerland has always been out, the UK hasn't, and no offence to Switzerland but the UK is far more important economically and politically.

Almost every probleim pointed out by the Leave campaign has been an exaggeration. They created monsters for people to fear and then called them brave for being agraid of something fabricated. I'm just baffled that people ate it up like this. Such a great nation, so united and there we have them 50/50, completely divided between themselves and now isolated form the rest of Europe. The Leave campaign is ******** and it tore the UK apart from within.

The EU Commission is a lot worse than the House of Lords. The commission are the only people within the EU who can propose laws.

But yeah, its a mess how poor turnout was for MEP elections. Suppose it shows the apathy people have had for the EU all along

I'm not denying that both sides have exaggerated their facts. I was actually thinking of abstaining my vote as a result

My point was specific to that member who tried to use people on benefits as a counter argument. It's a largely exaggerated topic and I know most individuals on benefits don't want to do so.

It literally already has? The stock markets everywhere are down?

London is the financial hub of Europe (and probably also the world) and now ALL the laws, treaties, trade agreements between London and other European economies have completely changed. Nobody knows what this means and how its going to affect us so basically every international company in the world has majorly lost confidence in the market. Thats how recession happens.
