Just finished the film. I'm still not sold on it, it has some good visuals but it runs too long for me. If it were about 20 mins shorter and focused on the music than the long spoken word is like it more I think
I stopped listening to the album during FORWARD since it was 2 ballads I couldn't take it. Watching the visual I like ALL NIGHT (
so old seeing that footage of her and Jay) and SORRY. And I liked DON'T HURT YOURSELF and 6 INCH which I liked already from listening. I think it was weird to add Formation at the end like a bonus video, I was thinking it would be incorporated into the film.
It'll take some time to grow on me but I'll probably like about 4 more songs in a month from now when I see the show.
