Nah. I already made my points and covered most of everything that was in that response; I don't want to grow repetitive, because that just pisses people off more, apparently.
People getting "hopeful" about what's to come or making more assumptions is what made everyone so pissed off with Freak Show; everyone had high hopes and threw theories around, and yet everyone ended up disappointed because it didn't happen.
I don't look at the show just on the surface; I realize there's more to it underneath. But this season hasn't provided anything I consider amazing thus far, and that includes potential. I realize it has potential, the previews show that, but it also looks like a lot of the same. Many of the things established in one or two of the scares is already established, and doesn't need to be repeated, and yet it is.
Perhaps part of it was that we were kept in the dark pre-season, as opposed to learning half of the exposition beforehand, but the point is, we learned a lot about the seasons before in the past, and this, we're just seeing what we're presented, and it's just not ridiculously interesting to me. Sure, like I said, I get in the moment of things because you have no other option but to when you're watching, but it doesn't feel like it's adding up to anything very mind-blowing... at least yet. And a lot of things feel like they're just filling up the timeslot they have, which I still think is really strange because this is the shortest season the show will have had. The episodes feel scarce, and empty, and I'm not a fan of that.
But Murder House managed to lead is in blind, and had a lot of the same elements this season did, but I felt more engaged. Characters were real, they were vivid, and the plot was very clear from the beginning. This season feels like a watered down version of that, thus far.
The highlight of it, for me, is everything revolving Lee, which is surprising cuz I was most excited for Lily.
Now, I don't hate this season, nor do I want it to fail; I just see issues with it that I can't help but talk about because they're mistakes Ryan Murphy should not be making this late into his career, or this late into the show. But I'll keep watching.
But, as usual, that's just my opinion, and I guess I see why some people get upset about that.

Show me where you covered most everything in my response. Genuinely want to see this. I checked the most recent page of your posts and did not see anything.
This is not a Freak Show situation. I'm not making any definitives about what is to come. But judging by the first 2 episodes, and the fact that the whole season was written before it's aired, it's safe to assume most of the things we are seeing aren't meaningless. Definitely not meaningless wannabee-eerie ********.
You say you look deeper than the surface but your posts say otherwise. What scares do you believe are redundant? What scare was pointless in your opinion and didn't provide some importance, and/or took away a major amount of screen time? What was established + repeated?
The rest of your post is just your bad opinion. The issues you see that you want to talk about are mostly nonsensical. You say it feels sparse and empty. Horror is isolating. This is the most primitive and instinct-driven form of fear. The purest. Surely if you actually look deeply at film, you can appreciate that. You can see why us actual horror fans appreciate that. Hotel, Coven, etc. were huge cluster****s of campy characters, blood, glam, etc. and for that reason weren't usually super frightening. Not that they were bad, but this is a welcome change and return to form for many of us.
