Yes, I'm perfectly aware of that and also of that:

What I said it's just my opinion. I know that the album has already sold in less than two months what a normal album sells during all its chart-run but, again, those numbers are not what people and also her label were expecting.
Ok, let's talk about something else now

I don't want to be negative, but the numbers say so.
I was not expecting a stellar chart-run a la Adele, just something better.

Compare the overall numbers so far to all the other pop acts. Its clear pure pop isn't selling so well. Adele has tapped into a different market, its fair to assume she has crossed over. Gaga and the other girls(Katy/Brit/Riha/K$) are all suffering similar fate. This is my observation, yes we are use to Gaga doing far better ala The Fame but she set that bar too high, its almost impossible for her to top that.

Very low? That's why it has already outsold Loud, tripled Femme Fatale sales, and about to outsell Teenage Dream in 6 ****ing weeks? Shut up.
Anyways, I don't care THAT much about the US sales. BTW will, sooner or later, stabilize and will be certified 2x platinum AT LEAST and that's EXCELLENT. Say whatever the **** you want, but 2x platinum in 2011 for an album by a POP ARTIST, not a crossover one like Taylor Swift, is EXCELLENT.

I don't get why her recent singles flops... Her new songs are as good as her old TFM stuff... :-/

If she has a similar bullet next week, she should be number 4!!!!!!!
She's not going to stop until she gets that HAC number 1 (unless Adele stalls her at number 2 like she did E.T.).
I hope this creates a market for her on that format (she will need the radio support later when she releases those non-commercial masterpieces).
She really needs something to get her in with the rhythmic format though.
DAMN YOU FOR NOT RELEASING STARSTRUCK.

I tell people it's real, they're always impressed she was able to write the German part.

That's true. I really doubt we will see 'The Fame (Monster)' numbers/impact again.
This album is one of a kind

Although, when you think about it really, ARE we used to Gaga doing far better? I don't recall The Fame pulling huge numbers throughout the summer months. I know it sold well during the Christmas period, but that is what I expect of BTW too.

Not to mention she has 4-6 more singles after The Edge Of Glory, which isn't anywhere near the end of its chart run, a world tour, and 18 more months of promotion for the album.

It will ultimately be more than 2x platinum.

I studied German for a long time, though, so if I told them otherwise and they found out, I'd never hear the end of it

The most important thing is to stabilize WW sales as soon as possible.
As I said before, I an not expecting 'The Fame (Monster)' numbers once again. No way.
