I believe that she'll be releasing this year. There's absolutely no doubt about that considering she's been working on new stuff since last year. I don't know about a Q4 release though. I feel as if she might just pop out with a summer release with the first single being released in June and album out in August.
As far as her contract goes, no one has a clue what the specifics are. I read a couple years ago when she first started that she was signed at 18 to a like 5 or 7 album deal, which she tried to get out of to sign with Hollywood or Capitol idk which it was but once Luke heard about it, he told her he could take her to court and sue her and all of that mess so she stayed. As soon as the bickering ended, that's when he supposedly started to give in and let her start the process of putting out her album. The thing about all it is the fact that his label wasn't even created until after Kesha released animal and it wasn't even operational until 2012, which makes me question a bunch of things.
A lot of this was posted to a really credible source but for some reason after she blew up and people started talking about her contract more, that whole biography/article is nowhere to be found and it was posted to multiple places and yet no one really touches on it or dares to speak of it and I find that really weird that it's such a secretive thing. That's how you know something really isn't right about her relationship with Luke and his "power" in the industry.
