If Usher wasn't well respected he wouldn't be where he is at today. Yeah. First they were complaining that he was too shy andd that he never talked and now they are complaining that he gives too much constructive criticism? If I was on a talent show I'd rather have someone tell me the honest truth rather than have someone lie to me. He is looking for improvment and the only way someone can improve is if they take that criticism and apply it.

its obvious that the viewers only care about the judges entertaining them than the contestants future.They are too soft and only want to see roses on their screen. Usher already informed them that he is a tough coach and very ambitious. Like hello that's what got him far in the first place.

Usher has been doing this for 20 years, Adam came out in 2004 and Blake came out recently so they don't know squat about the industry and how it works if not they would have been successful without the Voice. Longevity is the key to success
