Nah, at least not for me. The most common set is special attacker Samurott and it has so many things that can hit hard and fast and kill it before it can hit with that meh base speed. As for Swords Dance Samurott, Tangela wrecks it as it can use a Giga Drain or Sleep Powder while it sets up, survive a +2 megahorn and hit back with a 2HKO Giga Drain
