Cradily's attacking stats are kind of terrible. I'd probably use Breloom or maybe possibly even Vileplume. (Altaria's attacking stats aren't good either, but that doesn't matter, 'cause she's the qween.)
Magcargo and Torkoal are just horrid, horrid Pokemon. Use Blaziken. Out of the water types, Gorebyss is probably the best. (Though there are still better options - like Lanturn or Ludicolo or Starmie or Tentacruel or even Azumarill and Walrein

Also, if you decide against using Altaria because of how weak it is (even though you said you don't care about strength), I would go with Skarmory for the absolute best wall in Ruby/Sapphire. And also, if you decide you want to use a 5th Pokemon, Alakazam is probably the strongest in-game Pokemon in R/S/E.
But it's up to you.

I miss Misty and it's been 10 years since she had an appearance on the show. She was mentioned a few times in D+P but not that much. I just hope the writers didn't forget about her, and have something planned.
