This is exactly what Erykah was talking about. It's sad that people use the excuse of wanting to be carefree and happy to justify the fact that our radios are being paraded with this music retardation. So now what, repetition in lyrics is the new hot thing. This literally sounds like something from her last album, ch...
Amen.
It's like artists today don't even take the time to make memorable and timeless hits anymore. They just record generic junk with two verses and then copy and paste it to the rest of the song.
Gaga stans don't always like her songs and say she's gonna flop
I didn't say she was going to flop... I just said that it probably wouldn't be #1. Top ten is guaranteed, and it may go top five. But IMO #1 is extremely unlikely. But we shall see..

And I do like the song.
Well, if radio really wants something new from Ke$ha, since "Take It Off" was a pretty hyped song from Animal by the time it came out, then there's no reason they won't play this off the roof. Digitally, she's got it pretty set. I'd say the chances are there, maybe a chance, but definitely not extremely unlikely.

It has the same message as Tik Tok and maybe all her other songs too, but this song showed how Ke$ha steps it up another notch. This is, for me, one of her best songs. Amazing!!!
She has a chance to go #1 on Pop. I dont know about the Hot 100 with this one though. It would be a disgrace if she did tho . I mean it would be in the future's generation kids history books we cant have them thinking we were deaf

Take It Off didn't have amazing sales or top 40 support... and We R Who We R sounds just like it. Granted, it's brand new Ke$ha music, so I'm expecting it to do better, but I really don't see it going #1.

I can somewhat agree. But not completely! Erykah came out in the 90's. Times are different. Music has evolved. People cant expect for music to stay the same! This is what music is now. And in 10 more years, it'll be different! So these are memorable and timeless hits to our generation
