there are two different breakdowns. and they were that way on the live version too, but she had a band playing behind her. the kick drum comes in and the pitch of the vocal sample goes up a key. in that YT clip above me, the breakdown played at (0:06) is the second one with the kick. and the first breakdown is at 0:24.
