She was an angel among the living nightmares
With a knife in her left hand she'd never be scared
Running a long the river bridge faster then lightning
Sanctuary was under her blanket, she was mighty
Never knew that word that we call safety
But the spirit she had it was blazing
The way she swayed in the middle of the night
She was a ghetto queen living without a care
But her eyes like lavender
And her voice like vanilla delight
She had to survive by murder
So calm and not a fear in her sight
The way she killed with such beauty and grace
With her eyes like lavender
They said she was a rolling stone
Rising until she was sitting on her throne
Her smile like a hidden treasure
Not even you could steal it from her
She was no teen dream
But you can't deny she was living like a queen
In the afterlife she became a goddess
The most beautiful death to witness
Like a dancing falling from the sky
She was taken down from a blow to the mind
And there never will be another kind of flower
Because she held in her hands such beauty and power
