I don't know, maybe he wants to do promo for Germany on May and it is the reason why it comes that late.

I think he performed also I'm A Freak because is now #157 on iTunes US and it was #300 few hours ago.

He was also recorded rehearsing 'Bailando' then again even if he performs it doesn't mean it will get aired.

He did perform 'Freak' too. It doesn't work for the device I'm on but there's a video of it here.

Though I've read on twitter the weather is disrupting broadcast for some people hence why some may not have seen 'Freak'.
